You can cancel whenever you like, and taking your work with you is part of the deal, not a negotiation.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. If it is within your first fourteen days, tell us and we will refund your first payment in full, no questions asked. After that, cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the period you have already paid for — you keep full access for the rest of it.
Once your subscription actually ends, your dashboard becomes read-only right away, so nothing changes without you watching, but you keep a fourteen-day window to export everything — your apps, your designs, and your data — before anything is removed. After that window, your server and everything on it are permanently deleted.
Your apps were never trapped inside Rikuvo. Every app is an ordinary, real project the whole time you are here, with a full history of every change, never a special format only Rikuvo can open. Export it from your dashboard at any point, whether you are leaving or just want a copy, and it is yours to carry to any other developer or service.
