"Needs You" is the one place in your dashboard where everything currently waiting on you collects, across every app you run. Nothing sits hidden elsewhere — if the Service is stuck on a decision only you can make, it shows up here.
A handful of things park for you rather than proceeding on their own:
Open "Needs You" and read the question in plain language, alongside whatever it needs you to look at — a screenshot, a video, or a plain question. Tap one of the choices offered, or type a short answer where one is asked for. Work on that item picks back up automatically the moment you answer; nothing needs a second visit.
If a question is unclear, or you simply do not know the answer, you can always message Rikuvo directly from the Help page. A real person reads it and will get back to you.
Everything else keeps moving. A single paused question never stops the rest of your fleet — only the piece of work that raised it waits, and only for as long as it takes you to answer.
